After placing an order with Vitrify, you will receive an email from us stating the full details of your order and acknowledging that it has been received. Any items within the same order that have not been despatched do not form part of the same contract. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

PRICING

All prices shown are correct at time of publication but are subject to change at any time without prior warning. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT, which is currently 20%. VAT will be charged on all orders delivered within the UK and EU countries.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Diners Club, Union Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal. All are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If, for whatever reason, the card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us we will contact you. If this does arise, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

DELIVERIES

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address submitted by you at the time of ordering. We are unable to accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses or postcodes. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Vitrify insures each product during its transit to your delivery address, after which point liability for the product passes to you.

RETURNS

If your purchase is not to your complete satisfaction, you can choose to exchange it for an alternative item or request a refund, less the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or have been damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for more details.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled or amended. Unless faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for such items. Customers are responsible for the information they provide.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We are happy to exchange any damaged, faulty or incorrectly despatched item providing no attempt has been made by the purchaser or third party to repair the damage or defect. Please contact our Sales Team.
