Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All products produced by Vitrify are both treasured and valuable. Accordingly, we send items by Royal Mail Next Day (within the UK) or by courier (to the rest of the world). In all circumstances, packages will need to be signed for in person.

Please provide a delivery address, where you or a trusted person will be at the time of delivery. This can be a home or work address.

Delivery time is subject to clearance of payment, product availability and whether personalisation is required. Occasionally we may need to contact you for further information; if we are unable to contact you through the phone number you have given, this may further delay your order.

Unless by prior arrangement, our standard delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we operate a 30 day returns policy on condition that the item has not been worn, used or tampered with. We will offer you the choice to exchange your item for an alternative product or will refund the product in full, minus the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are returned damaged, scratched or unsellable.

Before returning any goods, please contact our Sales Team (Tel: 0121 725 6204) to obtain a Returns Confirmation email. Please print this off and enclose with your return.

Unless the item is faulty, Vitrify is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor are we responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that items which have been engraved, personalised or modified may not be returned or exchanged.
