Our hand-enamelled products are robust and built to last. The enamels we use, all expertly applied by our in-house enamellers, should never discolour or lose their lustre. We are confident that all our enamel work is of the very highest standard. However, in the rare event that a fault does occur as a result of a defect in manufacture, we will repair (or replace) your item free of charge.

It is also possible that the general wear and tear of life may mean that your Vitrify product might need some restoration at some point. Vitreous enamel is glass, after all. We will always be happy to undertake repairs where possible and will quote according to the work required.
