DAY-TO-DAY CARE

Sterling silver and gold do not like salty air, chlorine, sulphur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals. It’s best to keep them apart. To prevent tarnish as much as possible, we recommend that you store your jewellery in a safe, dry place when engaging in the following activities:

• Household and gardening chores
• Bathing, showering, using hot tubs, or swimming in pools and the ocean
• Using hair products, lotion, fragrances and other cosmetics
• Exercising at the gym or during contact sports
• Preparing food

JEWELLERY CLEANING

For any comprehensive clean of our products, we always recommend you use an accredited jewellery professional; substandard polishing can cause irreparable aesthetic and structural damage.

For a general clean, we recommend the following:

• Add some dish soap to a cup of warm water
• Place in the item to be cleaned and allow to soak for 10 minutes
• Use your fingers to rub away any marks and then rinse item out in lukewarm water
• To dry, gently pat the jewellery with a 100% cotton towel.

You can also keep your jewellery shiny between cleanings with a polishing cloth. We recommend ones explicitly formulated for gold and silver jewellery.
